Information you share
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email, optional telephone number, travel preferences, and message. If you register for agency travel emails, we store your name, email, and opt-in consent separately. Please do not include financial information, passport numbers, or sensitive health details.
How information is used
Your information is used to respond to your inquiry and help plan the travel you request. Inquiry records and email preferences are stored in the website’s database. If email notifications are configured, your inquiry may also be processed by the agency’s email delivery service.
Travel providers
Information necessary to arrange travel may need to be shared with the relevant travel supplier during a subsequent booking process. Supplier services have their own privacy policies and terms. This website does not process travel payments.
Storage and your choices
Information is retained for responding to and managing travel inquiries. Contact David to request access, correction, or deletion of your records, or to withdraw your travel-email consent. The website uses essential hosting services; no advertising analytics are installed by default.
